SMAJ33A-13-F

The SMAJ33A-13-F is a 400W surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the SMAJ series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, inductive load switching, and electrostatic discharge. This unidirectional device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 33V and a maximum clamping voltage of 53.3V at a peak pulse current of 7.5A.
