The SMAJ28A-TR is a unidirectional TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode from STMicroelectronics, designed for general purpose overvoltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 28V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 31.1V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 59V at a peak pulse current of 39A (8/20 µs waveform).
