This TVS diode uses a glass passivated chip junction for reliable performance and offers very fast response time. It is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package with matte tin plated terminals, solderable per J-STD-002. The part is RoHS3 compliant and meets MSL level 1 (unlimited) per J-STD-020. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
