The SMAJ20A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 20V and a maximum clamping voltage of 32.4V at 12.3A peak pulse current. With a peak pulse power rating of 400W (10/1000µs waveform), it is suitable for general purpose circuit protection.
This device is packaged in a surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package, enabling compact PCB layouts. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The SMAJ series is known for excellent clamping capability and fast response time.
