The SMAJ200CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 200V and a clamping voltage of 324V at a peak pulse current of 1.2A, with a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W (10/1000µs waveform).
This device features a fast response time of less than 1 ps and provides ESD protection up to 30 kV air discharge and 30 kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2. It is suitable for general purpose applications including I/O interfaces, VCC bus, telecom, computer, and industrial electronics.
The TVS diode comes in a surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and lead-free.
