The SMAJ18CA-13-F is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for general purpose circuit protection against voltage transients. The device features a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W (10/1000μs waveform) and a reverse standoff voltage of 18V. The breakdown voltage ranges from 20.0V to 22.1V, and the clamping voltage is 29.2V at a peak pulse current of 13.7A. The forward surge current capability is 40A (8.3ms half sine wave).
