The SMAJ188A-TR is a unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode designed by STMicroelectronics to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 188V and a clamping voltage of 388V, ensuring that overvoltage spikes are safely diverted.
