The SMAJ180A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, part of the SMAJ series, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 180V and a clamping voltage of 292V.
Key electrical specifications include a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W (10/1000μs waveform), a peak pulse current of 1.4A, and a fast response time of less than 1.0ps.
