The SMAJ15CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection in general purpose applications. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W and a clamping voltage of 24.4V at a peak pulse current of 16.4A. The device is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, suitable for automated pick-and-place assembly.
