The SMAJ15A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Taiwan Semiconductor, part of the SMAJ series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by lightning, ESD, and other surge events. With a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W (10/1000μs waveform), it provides robust protection for general-purpose applications.
