The SMAJ154A-TR is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 154V and a maximum clamping voltage of 317V, ensuring sensitive electronics are shielded from voltage transients.
With a peak pulse power rating of 400W (10/1000µs) and a peak pulse current of 7A (8/20µs), this device can handle moderate surge events. The Zener technology provides fast response to overvoltage conditions.
The diode is housed in a surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package, suitable for automated assembly. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, making it reliable across various environments.
