The SMAJ150A-13-F is a 400W peak pulse power transient voltage suppressor diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 150V and a maximum clamping voltage of 243V at a peak pulse current of 1.6A. The device is unidirectional with a single channel and is designed for general-purpose overvoltage protection.
This TVS diode offers excellent clamping capability and fast response time, making it suitable for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package with matte tin termination finish and a cathode band polarity indicator. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
The SMAJ150A-13-F is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has an MSL rating of Level 1 (unlimited). It is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.
