The Vishay Dale SMAJ13CA-E3/61 is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It offers a 400W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform, and a maximum working voltage of 188V, with a specific breakdown voltage range of 6.4V to 231V.
This device is suitable for general-purpose applications and provides excellent clamping capability with a very fast response time. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. It meets MSL level 1 requirements.
