The SMAJ130CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 130V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 144V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 209V at a peak pulse current of 1.9A (10/1000µs waveform). The device can handle 400W of peak pulse power. It has a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR min. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, with a storage temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The diode is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package with matte tin lead-free termination. It is suitable for general purpose applications including I/O interface protection, Vcc bus protection, and use in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics. The device features a glass passivated junction and low leakage current.
