The Bourns SMAJ130A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W (10/1000µs waveform) and features a reverse standoff voltage of 130V with a clamping voltage of 209V.
This TVS diode provides fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection. It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 150°C and is packaged in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, ideal for space-constrained PCB layouts.
