The SMAJ11A-13-F is a 400W surface mount transient voltage suppressor diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the SMAJ series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
This unidirectional device features a reverse standoff voltage of 11V and a clamping voltage of 18.2V at a peak pulse current of 22A. The device is built with a glass passivated die construction for reliable performance.
