The SMAJ110A is a 400W unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. It features a clamping voltage of 177V and a peak pulse current of 2.3A (10/1000µs waveform). The device offers a fast response time of less than 1.0ps and meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection requirements of 30kV air and 30kV contact discharge.
This TVS diode is suitable for general purpose applications such as I/O interfaces, VCC bus protection, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics. It is unidirectional with one channel and does not provide power line protection.
The SMAJ110A is housed in a surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package with a maximum power dissipation of 3.3W. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and can be stored at -65°C to 175°C. The device is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, halogen free, and lead-free (Pb-free E3).
