The SMAJ10CA-13-F is a 400W bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, inductive load switching, and electrostatic discharge.
This device features a reverse standoff voltage of 10V and a maximum clamping voltage of 17V at a peak pulse current of 23.5A. The bidirectional configuration allows protection for circuits with both positive and negative transient voltages. It is not intended for power line protection and is rated for general purpose applications.
The SMAJ10CA-13-F is housed in a surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package with matte tin plated terminals, solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The device is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free.
