The Littelfuse SMA6L24A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed for general-purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 24V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 26.7V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 38.9V at a peak pulse current of 15.5A (10/1000µs waveform). With a peak pulse power rating of 600W, this device provides robust protection against voltage transients in a variety of applications.
This TVS diode is mounted using surface-mount technology and is housed in a DO-221AC package (also known as SMA flat leads). It operates over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C, making it suitable for harsh environments.
