The SMA6J24A-TR is a unidirectional TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a 24V reverse standoff voltage, 26.7V minimum breakdown voltage, and 44.3V maximum clamping voltage. The device can handle 80A peak pulse current (8/20µs) and 600W peak pulse power. It is intended for general purpose applications and does not include power line protection. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C. The diode is housed in a surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package, suitable for automated assembly.
