The STMicroelectronics SMA6F85A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from transient surges. It offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 W (10/1000 µs) and a 4 kW rating for 8/20 µs pulses.
This TVS diode series features a stand-off voltage range from 5 V to 188 V, with the SMA6F85A model having a nominal stand-off voltage of 85 V.
