The SMA6F33A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from STMicroelectronics, part of the SMA6F series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, inductive load switching, and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
