The SM6T39CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed for general purpose transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 33.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 69.7V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 57A (8/20µs) and delivers 600W of peak pulse power. It is not intended for power line protection. The diode is surface mountable in a DO-214AA (SMB) package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
