The Vishay Dale SM6T220A-E3/52 is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a 188V reverse standoff voltage and a 328V maximum clamping voltage at a peak pulse current of 2A (10/1000μs waveform).
With a 600W peak pulse power capability, this device is suitable for protecting ICs, MOSFETs, and signal lines in consumer, computer, industrial, automotive, and telecommunication applications. It is designed to suppress voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting.
