The SM6T200A is a unidirectional TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. With a reverse standoff voltage of 171V (typical) and a minimum breakdown voltage of 190V, it clamps transients at a maximum voltage of 353V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 11.3A (8/20µs waveform) and a peak pulse power of 600W. This TVS diode is a Zener-type clamping diode with one unidirectional channel and is intended for general purpose applications. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C junction temperature. The SM6T200A is surface mountable in a DO-214AA (SMB) package and is RoHS3 compliant.
