SM6T15AY is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12.8 V and a clamping voltage of 27.2 V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 147 A (8/20 µs) and a peak pulse power of 600 W.
The diode is housed in a surface-mount DO-214AA (SMB) package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It is intended for automotive applications and is not designed for power line protection. Compliance data indicates RoHS3 compliance, MSL Level 1, and REACH unaffected, but these are unverified.
