The SM6T10A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from STMicroelectronics, designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W (8/20µs waveform) and a clamping voltage of 18.6V.
With a peak pulse current rating of 215A, this diode provides robust protection against voltage transients. It is based on Zener technology and operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
