The SM6F14AY is a 600W unidirectional Zener TVS diode designed by STMicroelectronics for automotive applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 14V and a maximum clamping voltage of 29V at a peak pulse current of 136A (8/20µs waveform).
This surface-mount device is housed in a compact SOD-128 package (SOD128Flat supplier device package) and supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It is not intended for power line protection.
