The SM4T10CAY is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed by STMicroelectronics for automotive applications. It provides transient voltage protection with a reverse standoff voltage of 8.5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 19.5V at 124A (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle peak pulse power up to 400W. It features a single bidirectional channel and is not intended for power line protection. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
