The SM4001 is a general-purpose single rectifier diode manufactured by Diotec Semiconductor. It is designed for surface-mount applications and features a DO-213AB MELF package.
This rectifier diode offers a maximum average forward current of 1A and a peak forward surge current of 20A. It can withstand a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 1000V and a maximum RMS voltage of 700V.
