The SM24ML-1TK6 is a stamped pin contact from the SM/SC series, designed for use in Souriau-Sunbank TRIM TRIO connector systems. It features a two-piece construction with a high-conductive copper alloy body and a stainless steel retaining spring that provides secure retention in the housing cavity and protects the contact body from damage.
Key electrical specifications include a current rating of 13 A, a maximum contact resistance of 6 mΩ, and a minimum contact retention force of 65 N. The insertion force is 3.5 N max, and the withdrawal force is 0.55 N min. The contact is compatible with 24-26 AWG wires and uses an open-barrel crimp termination.
