The SM1MA142WAT1G is a common anode silicon epitaxial planar dual diode from On Semiconductor, designed for ultra high speed switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 80 V and a forward current rating of 100 mA per diode (150 mA total for both diodes).
