The SM16LC15C/TR13 is a 300W peak pulse power TVS diode array from Microchip Technology, designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features 8 bidirectional channels with a standoff voltage of 15V and a breakdown voltage of 16.7V minimum at 1 mA. Clamping voltage is 24V maximum at 1A and 30V maximum at 5A, ensuring robust protection for low voltage interfaces up to 24V.
