The SM15T68A is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 58.1V and a maximum clamping voltage of 121V at a peak pulse current of 83A (8/20µs). With a peak pulse power rating of 1500W (1.5kW), it provides robust protection for general purpose applications. The device is surface-mount packaged in a DO-214AB (SMC) case, suitable for automated assembly. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The SM15T68A does not include power line protection and is intended for unidirectional transient suppression.
