With a peak surge current rating of 143A and a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W (1.5kW) at a 10/1000 μs waveform, it is suitable for protecting against significant transient events.

 

The device operates across a wide temperature range from -65°C to 150°C. It is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) package, making it ideal for automated placement on printed circuit boards. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
