The SM15T1G is a dual monolithic silicon surge protection diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for transient overvoltage protection in voltage and ESD sensitive equipment. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 15V and a clamping voltage of 24V, with a peak pulse power dissipation of 300W (8/20 µs). The device provides two unidirectional channels in a common anode configuration, protecting two separate lines using a single SOT-23-3 package.
This component is suitable for general purpose applications including computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, and medical equipment. It is surface mountable and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The device is Pb-Free and RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
