The SM12T1G is a dual unidirectional common anode TVS diode array designed for transient overvoltage protection. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 12V, a maximum clamping voltage of 19V, and can handle a peak pulse current of 12A (8/20µs) with a peak pulse power rating of 300W. The device provides robust ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2: ±15kV air discharge and ±26kV contact discharge, as well as EFT protection of 40A and lightning protection of 12A. The SM12T1G is housed in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package (TO-236) and is suitable for high-density PCB designs. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is Pb-Free. The package is designed for optimal automated board assembly and is available in 8mm tape and reel with a standard reel quantity of 3000 units.
