It offers ESD protection of ±15kV air discharge and ±8kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, as well as EFT protection of 40A and lightning surge protection of 12A. The dual common anode design allows protection of two independent lines in a single SOT-23-3 package.

 

The device is surface mountable in a TO-236-3, SC-59, or SOT-23-3 package, with a supplier device package of SOT-23-3 (TO-236). It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The package is UL 94 V-0 rated for flammability and is available in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly. Maximum lead solder temperature is 260°C for 10 seconds.
