The Semtech SM12.TCT is a bidirectional TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a maximum clamping voltage of 19V at a peak pulse current of 12A (8/20µs waveform). With a peak pulse power rating of 300W, this device provides robust transient voltage suppression for sensitive electronics.
