The JST SM10B-SRSS-TB is a 10-position male pin header from the SR series, designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It features a shrouded 4-wall design for secure mating and a Push-Pull fastening system. The header uses tin-plated copper alloy contacts and a natural polyamide (PA) insulator with UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
Electrical specifications include a voltage rating of 50V DC, a current rating of 0.7A DC (per datasheet), contact resistance of 20mOhm max initial and 40mOhm max after environmental testing, and insulation resistance of 100MOhm min. The withstanding voltage is 500V AC/minute. The operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C.
The component is surface mount with a right angle orientation and includes solder retention features. It has a 1.00mm pitch and a single row with all 10 positions loaded. The header is designed for vacuum pick-and-place assembly and is supplied in tape and reel (emboss tape) packaging.
