The SM06B-SRSS-TB is a 6-position, single-row shrouded header from JST Manufacturing's SR series. It features a 1.00mm (0.039") pitch and is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. The header is surface-mount with a right-angle orientation, making it suitable for compact, low-profile designs.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 0.7A DC and a voltage rating of 50V DC. The operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C. Contact resistance is 20mΩ maximum initially and 40mΩ maximum after environmental testing. Insulation resistance is 100MΩ minimum, and the component withstands 500V AC/minute.
The header is shrouded with a 4-wall design and uses push-pull fastening. The insulation is made of polyamide (PA) nylon with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are copper alloy with a tin-lead finish. The mounting includes solder retention features for reliable soldering during assembly.
