The JST SM02B-SFKH-TF is a 2-position, single row, 1.8mm pitch, surface mount, right angle male pin header from the SFK series. This connector is designed for wire-to-board applications and features a shrouded 4-wall design with locking ramp for secure connection.
The header uses square brass contacts with a tin (reflow) finish and is rated for 4 A (AWG #22 wire) and 250 V. It has a contact resistance of 10 mΩ initial and 20 mΩ after environmental tests, with an insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ minimum. The withstanding voltage is 1700 VAC.
It operates over a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. The insulation material is gray polyamide (PA6T/Nylon 6T) with a flammability rating of UL94 V-0. The header includes solder retention features and is compatible with wire conductor sizes AWG #30 to #22 and insulation diameter 0.7 to 1.3 mm.
