The Semtech SLVU2.8Q.TCT is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for circuit protection applications. It offers a working voltage of 2.8V and a clamping voltage of 15V at a peak pulse current of 24A (8/20µs).
This TVS diode is qualified to AEC-Q100 standards and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It provides ESD protection with contact voltage ratings up to 25kV and air gap ratings up to 30kV.
The SLVU2.8Q.TCT is supplied in a compact SOT-23-3 surface mount package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. The component is rated for 400W of power dissipation and has a diode capacitance of 40pF at 1MHz. It is suitable for applications requiring protection against electrostatic discharge events.
