The SLVU2.8-4BTG is a 4-channel TVS diode array from Littelfuse, part of the SPA series, designed to protect low-voltage CMOS devices from ESD and lightning-induced transients. It features a compensating diode in series with each low-voltage TVS to present a low loading capacitance of 2.0 pF typical per line to the protected circuit.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 2.8 V, a minimum reverse breakdown voltage of 3.0 V at 2 µA, and a typical snap-back voltage of 2.8 V at 50 mA.
