The Mitsubishi Electric SLIMDIP-L is a lightweight DIPIPM series power driver module designed for applications such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, fans, and pumps. It offers a V CES of 600V and a continuous collector current (I C) of 15A.
This module integrates a drive circuit and features for both P-side and N-side IGBTs. For the P-side, it includes a drive circuit, high voltage high-speed level shifting, and control supply under-voltage protection (UV). The N-side provides a drive circuit, control supply under-voltage protection (UV), short circuit protection (SC), and over-temperature protection (OT).
Fault signaling is available for SC and UV faults, and temperature monitoring outputs LVIC temperature via an analog signal. The input interface is Schmitt-triggered and compatible with 3V and 5V logic, using high active logic.
The SLIMDIP-L comes in a SLIMDIP package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It has an isolation voltage of 2000 Vrms and a maximum junction temperature of 150℃. This DIPIPM series is developed for small capacity inverter equipment.
