The SLD10-018-B is a Zener-type TVS diode from Littelfuse's SLD Series, designed for overvoltage protection in automotive and high-reliability applications. It features a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 10V and a clamping voltage of 17V at 300A peak pulse current (10/1000μs waveform). The device delivers 5kW peak pulse power under 10/1000μs conditions and 2200W under 10/150ms load dump conditions.
