The Diotec Semiconductor SL1M is a standard recovery surface mount rectifier diode designed for 50/60 Hz mains rectification, power supplies, and polarity protection applications.
It features a maximum average forward rectified current of 1A (R-load at TA=50°C) and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V. Typical forward voltage is 1.1V at 1A. The device can handle peak forward surge currents up to 30A (60Hz half sine-wave) and has a reverse recovery time of 1000ns.
The SL1M comes in a low profile SOD-123F (SMF) surface mount package, weighing approximately 0.02g. It is RoHS compliant and halogen free. The operating temperature range is -50°C to 150°C.
