The Littelfuse Inc. SL1021A230R is a Gas Discharge Tube Arrester (GDT) designed for circuit protection. It offers a nominal breakdown voltage of 230V and can handle an impulse discharge current of 10kA (8/20μs pulse).
This GDT is suitable for protecting sensitive telecom and networking equipment from lightning strikes and switching operations. It features ultra-low capacitance, typically 1.5pF or less, and optimized internal geometry for low insertion loss at high frequencies, making it ideal for broadband and high-speed transmission equipment.
