This highly integrated FEM incorporates a power amplifier (PA), a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, and a transmit/receive switch. It is housed in a compact 24-pin LGA package measuring 3 x 5 mm. The module is designed to offer high linear output power and improved system sensitivity and coverage range.

 

The SKY85747-11 is compatible with leading reference designs based on the Qualcomm (QCA) Hawkeye family. It is designed to meet requirements for MU-MIMO operation and features a very low EVM floor with a 1024 QAM signal, which improves throughput.
