The output power can reach +22.5 dBm at -35 dB DEVM for HT80, MCS9, and 5V operation, or +23 dBm at -30 dB DEVM for HT40, MCS7, and 5V operation. An integrated power detector is included for closed-loop power control.

 

This device is supplied in a compact 24-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package measuring 3 x 5 mm, which can significantly reduce front-end board space.
